Дальше там о долгой истории сотрудничества Сирии и С.Кореи в программе закупки и модернизации Скадов и роли Тартуса а с недавнего времени и России в ней. Программа начиналась с денег, выплаченных США сирийцам за участие в Буре-1... Но то всё история разной степени древности.
Смысл процитированного же- какой-то толстый намёк на то, что всё-таки целью были некие северокорейские компоненты для Скадов последнего корейско-сирийского поколения, возможно, приспособленные для доставки ОМП. Но весь текст, конечно, утыкан ссылками на разные сайты видимо в отчаянной попытке сказать что-то, ничего от себя не добавляя. Ещё раз хе-хе. Это уже ближе к телу.
