Battleship (UNI) crashed in its second outing—the board game adaptation fell -58% to an estimated $10.8m for the three-day weekend. It's now made $44.3m, which is a fraction of recent Hasbro adaptations and is even off from star Taylor Kitsch's John Carter (DIS) ($53.2 million) through the same point. The Dictator (PAR) fared a bit better, dipping -45% to an estimated $9.6m. Still, that hold doesn't portend a lengthy box office run for the Sacha Baron Cohen comedy, which has now earned $41.4m.
