If Russia were indeed our friend, they wouldn't care if we had a missile shield. Do you care if your neighbor locks his car at night or installs a burglar alarm system? The Russians whine about our missile shield for only ONE reason. They are planning to attack us some day. Does Togo care about our missile shield? Does Djibouti care? I bet they are rioting in the streets of Sri Lanka over America's proposed missile shield.
