>Now is the Moment of Truth for our beloved MOTHERLAND. The very existance of RUSSIA as a sovereign state is at stake and so is the future of our children and granchildren. The scum of the Chechen people and mercenaries from all over the world are trying to bring the peoples of Russia down to their knees, to subjugate them to an unprecidented dictatorship of blood, terror and cruelty.
>Mister President! We remember well what you have said about the destruction of the plague of terrorism that is thereatening our MOTHERLAND. The people believed you and empowered you to the maximum extent. The operation to destroy international terrorist gangs, religious and nationalistic fanatics, along with outright criminals in the North Caucasus is going on for several years. This war has been declared on us by the evil forces of the world, and losses are are unavoidable. Our country has undertaken a strenous journey of purifying itself, and our best men are sacrifised daily.
>Mister President! The great burden of responcibility is upon your shoulders. We rely on your strength, courage, and boldness. Terrorists must not attain their goals. Any weakness in dealing with these murderers is a crime itself. We demand strict, tough, and uncompromising measures to be taken to destroy these beasts that challenged our thousand-year-old values. The earth must burn under the feet of the enemies that sneaked into the heart of RUSSIA. If not, the death toll will be in thousands, not hundreds of innocent people. Yielding to terrorist demands will signify the end of Russian statehood.
>We demand tough and effective continuation of the anti-terrorist operation in Chechnya. We demand an effective ban on propaganda of surrender and religious extrimism, toughening the punishments for terrorists and their aids. We demand to stop referring to terrorists as "freedom fighters" or "rebels"; as well punishment, including fiscal one, of all goverment and non-governmental organisations that aid them. We demand that every person who provides material, informational or other aid to the terrorist actions, would answer, with their posessions or otherwise for their actions and for the actions of their "protegees".
>Mister President! The stakes are too high already. RUSSIA will not bear yet another treason like the Khasavyurt agreements of 1996. Your yielding to terrorists will end the statehood in Russia. We hope that you will not break under the pressure by these beasts, their masters and their sidekicks. If you, as a President of RUSSIA, need our help, we are ready to provide it.
>We do believe in your courade and responcibility! Russia, who saved the world from the Nazi plague, must be victorious!
