If one was VERY liberal with tank expressions and tank terms one could call the commanders cupola on the strv 103 "a turret". However, this could cause some general confusion since the most widespread opinion is that the strv 103 lacks a conventional turret
OTOH a lot of strv 103 critics prefer not to call it a tank at all but instead a "turretless heavy tank destroyer", much like the Sd Kfz 173 "Jagdpanther".
Being an old "hydraulic junkie" I tend to regard the strv 103 as one big turret with tracks...
