The battleship USS Iowa is guided through the Carquinez Strait by a pair of tugboats near Benicia, Calif., Saturday, April 21, 2001, as it makes its way toward the mothball fleet in Suisun Bay. The World War II-era battleship left Rhode Island on March 8, passed through the Panama Canal, and is to arrive in Suisun Bay Saturday afternoon.
