Гружданских там убило и ранило примерно столько же, сколько военных. Вот у меня подборка есть по результатам удара ракет. Часть на английском, но в целом везде описывается удар осколочными боеприпасами, называются цифры от 3 до 8 погибших моряков и от 4 до 10 гражданских. Описывается гибель одного моряка в штабе, на который пришёлся удар шрапнели и его через окно убило и трёх на катере в порту. Устоявшаяся официальная цифра потерь - 5 военных моряков и емнип 6 гражданских рабочих. Фото трупа по крайней мере одного из погибших моряков я видел, т.е явно его не в море "Малахитом" разнесло.

On August 9, approximately 20 bombs were dropped on the commercial port and the surrounding area. While the port was largely unharmed, the bombs reportedly killed 11 people and injured nearly 80 others. Port employees told EurasiaNet that the bombs disintegrated into shrapnel-like metal balls upon impact.
"[Russia] purely just dropped the bomb to try to kill people and cause mayhem, " Middleton said in an interview the following day. "[It] certainly did." The port, however, remains "fully operational."

On August 8th, in the middle of the night, Russian jets did drop bombs on the port. Alan Middleton(ph), head of the private company that runs the commercial port, says five people were killed in the attack, three who work for him.
Mr. ALAN MIDDLETON (Commercial Port Employee, Poti, Gerogia): A number of bombs were dropped onto parts of the port area here. These bombs were fragmentation-type bombs. It caused loss of life and some damage to the infrastructure.

Одним из главных вопросов было возможное использование кассетных бомб. Мне сказали, что неразорвавшиеся русские кассетные бомбы были убраны с территории военного порта российскими войсками приблизительно 20-го августа. Судя по всему, какие-то части все же остались, и эксперты из отряда по разминированию взяли их для проверки. A Russian bomb killed her son, Mamuka Katsadze, a dock worker at the commercial port here on the Black Sea, and at least nine others Sunday night.

The bomb that killed Katsadze detonated close to the shipyard's canteen, sending shrapnel flying into a throng of workers, witnesses at the port said. There was little apparent damage to the port, and it was unclear why the Russian military chose to attack it.
